Talk is cheap when you’re standing in a soaked living room. The photos below show what our crews actually did, not what a brochure promises. We document every job before the first fan goes in and after the last piece of equipment leaves. You’ll see the tide mark, the drying process, and the finish line. Because in West Palm Beach, water doesn’t give you time to wonder whether the crew knows what they’re doing.

Water Heater Rupture in a Flamingo Park Home
The problem: a 40-gallon water heater split overnight on the second floor, sending water through the ceiling, down the wall cavities, and into the first-floor kitchen. The tide mark sat about 14 inches up the drywall, and water had pooled under the cabinets. We opened the walls and ceilings, set Dri-Eaz dehumidifiers and Phoenix air movers, and ran Injectidry into the wall cavities to pull moisture from behind the tile. Three days to dry, then the rebuild team buttoned everything back. The homeowner’s only question at the end: why the floor wasn’t ruined too.
Bathroom Mold Remediation in El Cid
The problem: a 1930s El Cid bungalow with a poorly vented guest bath. Black staining had spread across the ceiling and behind the vanity, and the homeowner was worried about the health of a toddler in the house. Our IICRC-credentialed crew set up full containment, HEPA-vacuumed every surface, removed the affected drywall and insulation, then treated the framing. After clearance testing passed, we rebuilt the bathroom with proper exhaust venting. Shoe covers went on at the door. Drop cloths covered the floor before the first piece of equipment came in.
Kitchen Fire Cleanup in Northwood Hills
The problem: a stovetop grease fire that filled a Northwood Hills kitchen with dense soot and left that acrid smell in every cabinet, drawer, and vent. We cleaned every surface with RIA-standard techniques, pulled the range hood apart, and sealed the cabinets after odor treatment so the smell wouldn’t return. The family was back cooking in under two weeks. Rick Sumner walked the job himself at the end, the way he does on fire jobs, because smoke is sneaky and he doesn’t trust it until he’s smelled the room himself.
Air Conditioner Condensate Overflow in a West Palm Beach Condo
The problem: a clogged condensate line dripped for a week before anyone noticed, leaving a dark water stain across the dining room ceiling and moisture readings elevated in three joist bays. We cut out the affected drywall, dried the joists with directed airflow, and replaced the ceiling. The photo we took before we left showed a clean, white ceiling and the equipment staged for pickup. That photo goes to every homeowner before the crew departs. It’s a small thing that removes the doubt.
Storm Water Intrusion in a Historic Grandview Heights Bungalow
The problem: a summer squall drove rain horizontally into a Grandview Heights bungalow through old windows and failed stucco. Water wicked into the plaster walls, and the baseboards were swollen by morning. We pulled the baseboards, set XPOWER air movers and Phoenix dehumidifiers, and used moisture meters to track the drying curve over four days. Once the numbers hit dry standard, we reinstalled and repainted. The homeowner appreciated that we asked before we moved a single piece of furniture. That’s how the C.A.R.E. values work on the ground: clean up like it’s our own home, ask before we touch anything, respect the family’s time, and explain the price before the work.
Sewage Backup in a South End Laundry Room
The problem: a sewer line clog sent Category 3 water up through the floor drain in a South End laundry room. This is the kind of water you don’t want to handle yourself. Our crew arrived in full PPE, removed the affected flooring and drywall, and sanitized every surface the water touched. We use professional-grade disinfectants rated for sewage cleanup, and the room was restored to better-than-before condition. The written price was delivered before anything started, on this job and every job. No exceptions.
Want Results Like These?
Every one of these jobs started with a phone call to (728) 231-8456 and ended with a photo of the clean-up in the homeowner’s hands. A tide mark is the line water leaves on a wall. It’s the first thing our technicians look for on every job. Call us 24/7, a live person answers, and a written price comes before any work starts.
